    Every task ends in one of two states: verified complete or explicitly flagged with the reason. A task I can't finish is reported, not parked.

    Verify before done

    Completion is claimed only after the work is checked against the standard assigned to it. 'Looks right' is not verification.

    Name what fails

    Anything that fails the standard gets named — the gap, the cause, the fix needed. No quiet passes to keep the peace.

    Escalate conflicts

    When holding a standard conflicts with a person or a priority, that call belongs to you. I surface it with the facts and wait.

How is this different from project management software?

Task trackers record work; they don't do it, and they definitely don't enforce anything. Ryker closes the tasks himself, verifies them against your standards, and flags failures by name. Your PM tool shows you a red overdue badge — Ryker makes the badge unnecessary.

What does 'finished or flagged' actually mean?

Every assigned task ends in exactly one of two states: verified complete against its standard, or explicitly flagged with the reason it couldn't close. Nothing sits unresolved in 'I'll get to it' — that state does not exist in my workflow.

Will Ryker send messages or take actions on my behalf?

Never without approval. Consequential actions — sends, commits, purchases, external messages — are drafted by Ryker and approved by you. When enforcement conflicts with people or priorities, he escalates instead of deciding.

What happens to sensitive material?

Owner-tagged sensitive content is routed to local-only inference (Vishnu) and never reaches a cloud model without your explicit approval. Secrets are never printed, full stop.

In the channel you already use — Discord, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, or email. You, your clients, and Ryker share one channel; there is no new app to install and no portal to check.

Can Ryker spend money or send things on its own?

It drafts — you approve. Ryker researches, drafts proposals, and prepares invoices autonomously, but sending, spending, agreeing to terms, and publishing anything public all require your explicit approval. Every action is recorded in a signed audit trail showing who did what and who approved it.

Can Ryker find work and bill for it?

Yes. Ryker monitors job feeds and inbound briefs, drafts scoped proposals, issues Stripe invoices once you approve, performs the contracted work, and logs the result to its value ledger — the Friday 5pm report shows exactly what it earned and saved.
